How many guests are accommodated?

A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated.

Is smoking alllowed?

There is a strict no smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarette policy anywhere in the house or on the property.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, Starlink Wifi is available in the house itself.

Is there mobile phone coverage?

There is little to no mobile service in the area. It's best to have directions and codes for the house on hand or available offline, prior to arriving into the area. 

Is a 4X4 needed to access the property?

The farm roads to the house are unsealed, a 4 x 4 is not required to access the property.

Once through the first farm gate, the unsealed road is an easement through adjoining properties and is accessible by all vehicles. Please use respectfully and leave all gates as found.

We recommend arriving before sunset to avoid kangaroos on the country roads and to comfortably gain entry to the property.

Do you have chargers for electric vehicles?

No. 

When is fire ban season?

No outdoor fires during fire season (Nov - end April)

Can I bring pets? 

Sheep are run on the property at times and wildlife, including venomous snakes, are present. Strictly no pets allowed. 

Are events permitted?

No parties, events, schoolies or wedding related activites permitted.

Can I camp at Parsons Point?

No camping permitted anywhere on the property. Please contact management prior to booking, if you are travelling by motorhome of RV.
